Prior to Nov 15th: All adult tickets are $35, all Children 2-12 are $20 (max 10 on the bus)
AFTER Nov 15th: All adult tickets are $45, all Children tickets remain the same.

**All personal checks, PayPal payments and HHA's MUST be received by November 22nd.

Refunds:

Refunds will only be given if the trip is cancelled by the Event Promoter. For conditions beyond Event Promoter's control; including but not limited to, weather conditions which make it impossible to cross the pass, such as pass closure, etc. refunds may be subject to a nominal handling charge at Promoter's discretion.

What to wear:
Casual warm clothing is suggested so that your trip will be comfortable and relaxing. The average daytime temperature in Leavenworth during the winter is in the low 30's so you should dress accordingly. After the sun goes down temperatures can drop into the teens. Be sure to wear a sweater, warm coat, mittens or gloves, long underwear, hat, umbrella, raincoat and comfortable walking shoes that will keep your feet warm & dry (i.e. boots). Layers of warm clothing are essential for your enjoyment.

Your Carry-On Items:
You are welcome to leave your carry on items in your seat or in the storage area on the coach, or you can carry them with you during the day. We will not assume responsibility for lost or stolen items on the coach. If you tire easily, you may opt to bring along a small, folding camping chair you can use to watch entertainment in Leavenworth or to "take a load off". Seating in town is limited, so if you have a bad back or tire, this might be a good suggestion for you.

Timeliness:
It is your responsibility to be on time for the scheduled coach departures. We will not be responsible for any person missing the coach for any reason.

Meals on your own:
Lunch or dinner is on your own. You may wish to bring along a sack-lunch or snacks that you can eat at your leisure on the coach, or you can dine at one of the many quaint restaurants in Leavenworth. The restaurants will be very busy, so you may wish to plan accordingly. For general Leavenworth information you can contact the Leavenworth Chamber at 509-548-5807 or go to www.Leavenworth.org

Weather related issues:
Note that our time schedule may be altered due to circumstances beyond our control. Wintertime pass conditions are subject to extreme delays as weather conditions affect avalanche control. There may be a delay on the way home for the same reasons, which will force us to attempt crossing a different pass than Stevens. Worst case scenario is that we have to detour further south toward Oregon to come back to Seattle. If we know the day before we leave that the pass is closed and we cannot cross safely eastbound, we will cancel the trip and refund your money.

The reason we ask for you name and cell phone number is in the event weather conditions worsen and we need to make a change in the departure time from Leavenworth, we can call your cell to give you a heads up about returning to the bus. Please plan to carry your phone with you on the trip.

Additionally, you may wish to bring a book, headphones, snacks or really good friends to pass the time. We will do our best to keep you informed along the way. Thank you in advance for your patience!

Cost:	$35 per adult $20 children 2-12 $ 0 children 0-2 on parent's lap (We are limited to 10 children aboard. First-come, first-served reservations.) Payments must be received by Nov 22nd.
Time:	Plan on 7:30am - 9pm-ish (depending on pass status) Presently, there are 2 pick-up locations planned: * Beacon Hill - Jefferson Park Rec Center (free parking) * Eastside - "Brickyard Park-n-Ride" (I-405 &160th) Details will be e-mailed to each participant prior to departure in December.
Extra Info:	As a "value-added" Thank You and Treat, we are providing participants with a mid-morning snack when we take a leg-stretch or cigarette break near the pass. This may include wheat, dairy or fruit products. We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate individual dietary needs. So, please be aware that if you have allergies, you may wish to pack your own treats to enjoy instead.

Here's where to sign up for a fun bus trip to Leavenworth to see the annual Tree Lighting! You'll also download a PDF "Hold Harmless Agreement" (HHA) which is required of each passenger. Why the Agreement? This trip is being planned by a non-professional travel agent or coordinator. In order to have personal protection and in the unlikely event an issue were to arise, Rita Harris, (aka Lady Victoria) would be excused and the liability return back to the charter bus service, Starline Luxury Coaches, the bus operator taking us to Leavenworth. Your payment reserves your seat, and your HHA is your ticket onto the bus! No one will be allowed to board without a signed HHA. So sign up for a day filled with fun and Leavenworth charm. We expect to sell out the bus!
