Form.
Membership are $15 per household for
calendar year 2009, for up to two adults in a household.
Membership for one year includes periodic newsletters, the
Membership Directory, and member prices for all events during 2009.
If you join after June 30, 2010, dues for the remainder of 2010 are
$7.50
Here's how to become a member
in 2010: |

Email this completed form to
Treasurer@SITUSeattle.com (the button for this is on
the form, top right) and pay by PayPal (a small handling fee
applies) using the button below. It will say, "Buy It
Now". This will be a one-time charge and you will need
to renew your membership in 2011.

put “SITU 2009 dues” in the memo line of the check,
